We treat the entry, not just the insect
Killing the termites you can see does very little if the colony is intact and the pathway is still open. Every treatment we design starts with an inspection that establishes the species, the extent of the workings, the likely nest location and the conducive conditions that let them in.
Treatment options
Direct nest and above-ground treatment
Where active workings are accessible, we can dose them directly with a non-repellent transfer product. Termites carry it back through the colony by grooming and feeding. This is often the fastest route to colony elimination, but only when the workings are found intact and undisturbed.
Chemical soil barrier (Part B)
A continuous treated zone is established in the soil around and beneath the structure, typically by trenching and rodding the perimeter and drilling through paths, slabs and patios where required. Termites cannot detect modern non-repellent chemistry, so they pass through it and pick up a lethal dose.
Baiting systems
Where soil treatment isn't practical (heavily paved sites, sensitive occupants, high water tables), an in-ground baiting system works the colony down over a matter of months.
Warranty and follow-up
Every barrier and treatment is documented, certified and backed by a warranty. We book the follow-up inspection before we leave, because a termite management system that isn't inspected annually is a system you're only pretending to have.
