Get it right before the concrete goes in
Ozzie Pest Control is fully licensed and experienced with a wide range of building design styles and the termite management systems each of them requires. Getting the system right at construction stage means termites never become an issue for the new owner, and the certifier gets the paperwork they need without chasing anyone.
Systems we install
- Under-slab chemical treatment: applied to the prepared fill and vapour barrier before the pour.
- Perimeter and penetration treatment: service penetrations, construction joints and the external perimeter.
- Physical barrier systems: collars, sheeting and graded stone where a builder or client prefers a non-chemical Part A.
Documentation
You receive a certificate of installation, a durable notice for the meter box as required by the Building Code, and a maintenance schedule for the eventual owner. Everything is completed to AS 3660.1 and issued the day we finish.
