Birds are a health issue, not just a mess
Feral pigeons, common mynas and starlings carry mites, bird lice and pathogens, and their droppings are corrosive to roofing, guttering and signage. In food premises, bird activity is a straightforward audit failure.
Our approach
- Site assessment: we identify the species, the roost, the nest sites and the food source. All four have to be dealt with.
- Exclusion: netting to voids and awnings, mesh to solar arrays, spiking and post-and-wire to ledges, and sealing of entry points.
- Clean-up and sanitising: accumulated guano removed and the area treated for the mites left behind.
- Ongoing management: for commercial sites, a scheduled program with documented inspections.

Native birds are protected. We work strictly within Queensland wildlife legislation and will tell you straight when a species can't legally be touched, and what we can do instead.
